This new processor ranks the deepest penetrations from a set of selected joints
We’ve made a significant upgrade to ‘Global penetration analysis’ in MIPSPro 2.5. This allows the user to find the largest wall penetrations from selected joints in the well, cluster neighbouring penetrations, and show the results in a summary graph. The graph is linked to the MIPS viewer, so significant clusters can be examined in more detail. Overlays of multiple surveys can be used to compare passes in the well and for time lapse analysis.

The ‘Rank analysis’ software introduced in MIPS 2.4 has been included in the new processor.
